- Motion by Brittany McKenna for Approval of Minutes from April 14, 2020 was seconded by Marianne Bezvidenhout; approved.
- Motion by Brittany McKenna for Approval of Minutes from May 12, 2020 meeting was seconded by Becky French; approved.
- Motion by Brittany McKenna for Approval of Minutes from July 29, 2020 meeting was seconded by Amy Keller; approved.

- Principal Hackmiller discussed NTI and VLA back-to-school announcements and updates.

- Papa John’s Harmony Night update: date is TBD.
- Upcoming General Meetings update: All meetings will be virtual at 8:30 pm on these dates 09/29, 10/27, 11/24, 12/29, 01/28, 02/25, 03/25, 04/29, 05/27, 06/24
- Sensory Path Update: sensory path was installed in the kindergarten hallway.
- Volunteer & Staff Thank You for VLA and NTI Supply Pickups: big “thank you” to Becky, Jessy, Kendra, Dani, Katie, and Marianne for all of their help with supply-kit pickups.
Treasurer’s Report, Amy Keller
- Harmony PTA_2020-2021 Budget_Proposed
- Amy Keller presented the 2020-2021 Budget for approval; Brittany McKenna moved to approve the 2020-2021 budget, Jared Barrett seconded the motion and the proposal was approved.
- Amy Keller presented a Sanitization Sprayer and Disinfectant Proposal for approval; Jared Barrett moved to approve the proposal, Becky French seconded the motion and the proposal was approved.
Committee Reports
- Membership, Kristin presented for Ashley Smith: 57 new memberships; everyone is encouraged to “Like” the PTA Facebook page and “Share.”
- Spirit Wear, Kristen Frey: Kristen Frey presented a proposal to partner with an online spirit-wear company; Amber Barrett moved to approve the proposal, Amy Keller seconded the motion and the proposal was approved.
Open Floor Discussion
- Coupon Books were discussed. Kristin will follow-up.
- Digital School Directory was discussed. Kristin will follow-up with Mandi.
- Virtual Husky Hustle was discussed. Kristin will follow-up with Committee Chairs.
